Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form before shipping to our processing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our lab team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
